Standard Delivery
Your order will be delivered within 3-5 days, and a signature will be required on delivery - £5.00

  
Free Delivery 

If you spend over £50, your order will be shipped free of charge, and will be delivered within 3-5 days, a signature will be required on delivery.  
  
Next Day Delivery 
Your order will be delivered next day if it's received by 12pm Monday to Thursday - £10.00, and will require a signature on delivery. 

  
Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to a PO box as a signature is required. Please allow two additional days for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural areas.  Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).  We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given, but we cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry. 


We will ship your order in accordance with the delivery option you select in the order process.  We will ship all goods within an order together unless a product becomes unavailable, we will then ship the goods separately, but you will only be charged for the original postage.

Returns

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery, if they are returned in the original condition they were received.  Please contact us at help@taylorbenfield.com if you wish to return a product, detailing your name, postcode and order number, and then use the form and label included within your order.  

Unless the goods are faulty or you have been sent the incorrect products, you will be responsible for paying for the return of the products.    

If the goods are faulty or damaged, please can you send us pictures of the damaged or faulty goods to help@taylorbenfield.com.  Please ensure that you get proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for products lost in transit.
